Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President Tadamasa Ishida) has placed an order with Taisei for the planning and construction of a crew training center while also signing a deal with Nippon Steel Engineering for the planning and construction of an engineering and maintenance hangar.
