NCA’s fuel surcharges for international air cargo departing from Japan effective December 1, 2009
Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita-shi, Chiba: President Tadamasa Ishida) filed an application on November 10 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights departing from Japan.
The next fuel surcharge of NCA effective December 1, 2009 will be set as follows according to the average price of the benchmark jet fuel (MOPS =Mean of Platts Singapore) for the month of October 2009, USD80.07/BBL.
1. Price application:
TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America): JPY72/Kg
(Increased by JPY14 from current)
TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East): JPY72/Kg
(Increased by JPY14 from current)
TC3 long haul (TC3 excluding the following): JPY61/Kg
(Increased by JPY12 from current)
TC3 short haul (Hong Kong, China and Korea): JPY51/Kg
(Increased by JPY10 from current)
2. Effective date: Beginning with the AWB issued on December 1, 2009
