Expanding network to Europe three times a week

Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA, Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tadamasa Ishida) has resumed its flight operations out of Chubu International Airport on March 31. Operations from the airport had been suspended since March 2008. The first flight KZ090, bound for Amsterdam and Frankfurt, - took off at 23:55. The Flights to Europe will operate three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Reflecting the difficult economic situation worldwide, the international air cargo market into and out of Japan, has contracted rapidly and remains stagnant. In the light of the deteriorating business environment, NCA has been taking necessary and more radical countermeasures by reviewing and overhauling some of its routes and cutting costs.

Given the severe circumstances, and out of a desire to respond sincerely to our customer’s demands, NCA remains committed to providing high quality service with attention to flexibility and mobility.
