Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo: President Tadamasa Ishida) filed an application on June 8 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights out of Japan. NCA’s application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on June 12 to take effect as of July 1, 2009.
