With the new “i-Account Efinancial and administrative accounting system in operation,NCA’s four-major system is at full strength

On July 13, Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita, Chiba, President: Tadamasa Ishida) put into operation its new "i-Account Esystem, which integrated the company's financial accounting and administrative accounting systems. In early August, the first monthly accounting settlement was carried out and, on August 12, a ceremony was held to mark the system going into full operation.

"i-Account Eemploys an integrated package software (ERP6.0) devised by Germany's SAP AG. Development started in December 2007, with the aim of meeting the needs of an international air cargo transportation business. NCA employed Toyo Business Engineering Co. Ltd. in the development of the system. Together with the three systems already in operation ? i-Sky for flight operations, i-Macs for maintenance and i-Cargo for air cargo transport ? this will be the fourth system which brings NCA's fundamental systems up to full strength.

Concentrated processing connecting our head office and branch offices (including overseas offices) via an online network.
Twenty-four-hour, 365-days-a-year, non-stop operations.
Data linkage with flight operations system (i-Sky), maintenance system (i-Macs) and cargo transport system (i-Cargo).

2) Business area
Financial accounting
Fully meets international accounting standards and J-SOX requirements
Promotes swift and efficient processing of pay slips (vouchers) through the work-flow function
Automatic editing of pay slips (vouchers) through interface with i-Cargo sales/settlement (between forwarders and airlines)
Automatic editing of expense vouchers and asset management through interface with i-Mac's purchase and stock data on parts

Administrative Accounting
Accomplishes systematized profitability analysis in not only monthly but weekly cycles by obtaining data in a timely manner on flight operations, air cargo transportation and sales.
