Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita, Chiba: President Tadamasa Ishida) filed an application on November 10 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights out of Japan. NCA’s application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on November 16 to take effect as of December 1, 2009.

                     TC3 long distance (TC3 excluding the following): JPY61/??????(Increased by JPY12)
                     TC3 short distance (Hong Kong, China and Korea): JPY51/Kg?? (Increased by JPY10)
