Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita-shi, Chiba: President Tadamasa Ishida) filed an application on March 08 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights departing from Japan.

The next fuel surcharge of NCA effective April 1, 2010 will be set as follows according to the average price of the benchmark jet fuel (US Department of Energy) for the month of February 2010, USD82.37/BBL.

1. Price application:
             TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America): JPY72/Kg
                                                                                          (Decreased by JPY7 from current)
             TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East): JPY72/Kg
                                                                                          (Decreased by JPY7 from current)
             TC3 long haul (TC3 excluding the following): JPY61/Ｋｇ
                                                                                          (Decreased by JPY6 from current)
             TC3 short haul (Hong Kong, China and Korea): JPY51/Kg
                                                                                           (Decreased by JPY5 from current)

2. Effective date: Beginning with the AWB issued on April 1, 2010
