The next fuel surcharge of Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita-shi, Chiba: President　Tetsufumi Otsuki) effective December 1, 2010 will be set as follows according to the average price of the benchmark jet fuel for the month of October 2010, USD 94.32/BBL.

1. Price application:
TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America): JPY86/Kg

TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East): JPY86/Kg

TC3 long haul (TC3 excluding the following): JPY73/Ｋｇ

TC3 short haul (Hong Kong, China and Korea): JPY61/Kg

2. Effective date: Beginning with the AWB issued on December 1, 2010
