Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita, Chiba: President Tetsufumi Otsuki) filed an application on May 12 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights out of Japan. NCA’s application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on May 24 to take effect as of June 1, 2011.

TC3 short distance (Hong Kong, China, Korea and Taiwan) : JPY106/Kg  (Increased d by JPY5)
