NCA’s revised fuel surcharges for flights departing from Japan approved

Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita, Chiba: President Tetsufumi Otsuki) filed an application on September 5 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights out of Japan. NCA’s application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on September 10 to take effect as of October 1, 2012.

1. Price application:
TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America)               : JPY135/Kg (Increased by JPY14)

TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East)                             : JPY135/Kg (Increased by JPY14)
TC3 long haul (TC3 excluding the following)                   : JPY115/Kg (Increased by JPY12)
TC3 short haul (Hong Kong, China, Korea and Taiwan)   : JPY96/Kg (Increased by JPY10)

2. Effective date: Beginning with the AWB issued on October 1, 2012
