NCA’s revised fuel surcharges for flights departing from Japan approved

Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita, Chiba: President Fukashi Sakamoto) filed an application on Jan 08 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights out of Japan. NCA’s application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on Jan 09 to take effect as of February 1, 2014.

1. Price application:
   TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America): JPY135/Kg (Increased by JPY7)
   TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East): JPY135/Kg (Increased by JPY7)
   TC3 long distance (TC3 excluding the following): JPY115/Kg (Increased by JPY6)
   TC3 short distance (Hong Kong, China, Korea and Taiwan): JPY96/Kg (Increased by JPY5)

2. Effective date: Beginning with the AWB issued on February 1, 2014
