Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita, Chiba: President Fukashi Sakamoto) filed an application on October 7 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights out of Japan. NCA’s application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on October 9 to take effect as of November 1, 2014.

    TC3 short distance (Hong Kong, China and Taiwan)　: JPY81/Kg　 (Decreased by JPY5)
