Additional rule and procedure related to Russian Customs regulations

As Russian Customs has announced, “Goods prohibited to enter or transit the Russian Federation” and the additional procedure of cargo information will be applicable to “Goods restricted to enter or transit the Russian Federation” from Feb 9, 2010.
NCA would like to inform you its additional procedure to ensure smooth implementation of the new regulations

1. Date of implementation
  All shipments from Narita to Amsterdam including beyond Amsterdam and all shipments

  from Amsterdam to Narita including beyond Narita are to be regulated from Feb 9, 2010 .

*Booked flights may change without prior notice.
NCA provides block space services from/to Narita and to/from Amsterdam via
Russia Federation through AirBridgeCargo Airlines’s aircrafts.

2. Russian Customs requirements
■ “Goods prohibited to enter or transit the Russian Federation” 
   See attached list.
■ “Goods restricted to enter or transit the Russian Federation”
   In the event of any of the items on the attached list, required two copies of documentation.

3. Document preparation
  You will be required to submit all the necessary document in another pouch

  with stating that “Master Air Waybill Number” and “Customs”.
  NCA will submit a pouch to Russian Customs as it is.

4. Attached list
  “Goods prohibited/Goods restricted to enter or transit the Russian Federation”
