Please be advised of the following correction to scope of dangerous goods shipments to Shanghai and an example of additional information to be included in the cargo documentation.
We sincerely request all of you to follow this instruction and provide such additional information accordingly.

1.Effective date：Immediately
2.Applicable cargo：DG shipment requiring Shipper’s Declaration to Shanghai
                                   (Note: In case of the shipment bound for HKG will be exempt)
3.Additional requirements and data elements for Consignee
(a)  Name of contact person in charge of DG
(b)  Phone number of contact person in charge of DG
      (Note: Must be a contact in China)
(c)  United Nations (UN) number for dangerous goods shipment
This information must be listed as OCI (Other Custom Information) in FWB or FHL.
For Straight AWB, this OCI should be listed in FWB, and for consolidation, it should belisted in FHL.

4.  MAWB, House Manifest Entry Example
(1)Entry on MAWB (for Straight shipment)
Please enter the name, telephone number, and UN number of the person in charge of the consignee's dangerous goods in the "Handling Information" column. If you have already entered the name and telephone number of the person in charge in the "Consignee's Name and Address" column, and if the name and telephone number of the person in charge for dangerous goods are the same, you may enter only the UN number in the "Handling Information" column. If the name and telephone number of the person in charge are the same for dangerous goods, it is acceptable to enter only the UN number in the Handling Information column.

 
(2)Entry on House Manifest ( For Consolidation shipment)
Please enter the name and telephone number of the person in charge of dangerous goods in the "Consignee's Name and Address" column, and enter the UN number in the "Nature of Goods" column. If you have already entered the name and phone number of the person in charge of the dangerous goods in the Consignee's Name and Address column, you do not need to enter the name and phone number of the person in charge of the dangerous goods in the Nature of Goods column.
