Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita-shi, Chiba: President　Tetsufumi Otsuki ) filed an application on April 13 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges or flights out of Japan. NCA's application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on April 16 to take effect as of May 1, 2010.

TC3 long haul (TC3 excluding the following): JPY67/Ｋｇ

(Increased by JPY5 from current)
