Nippon Cargo Airlines (Headquartered in Narita, Chiba: President Tadamasa Ishida) filed an application on February 08 with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to revise its fuel surcharges for flights out of Japan. NCA’s application to revise its fuel surcharges was approved by the Ministry on February 16 to take effect as of March 1, 2010.
