This is to inform you that NCA revises our “Conditions of Carriage” and “Conditions of Carriage by Charter Flight” in accordance with the amendment of “Convention for the Unification of certain rules for international carriage by air (Montreal Convention)”.

1. Effective date
   December 28, 2019
    
2. Major point to be revised
   Increase of limitation of Liability for carriage of cargo
   Current: 19 SDR per kilogram
   New:      22 SDR per kilogram
    
3. Others
   The new liability limit, 22 SDR, shall automatically apply to cargo of which air waybill is issued on and after December 28, 2019.
