At around 6:51 pm（Japan Local Time-JLT) on Friday, February 1, our aircraft (model: Boeing 747-8F, nationality / registration code: JA13KZ, flight number: KZ258 Hong Kong → Narita International Airport, Occupants: 2 flight crew members only) made go around because the airflow was turbulent while approaching Runway A at Narita International Airport. and landed again at 7:09 pm(JLT).  A scratch mark was found in the lower rear part of the fuselage during the aircraft inspection after arrival.

We will fully cooperate with the investigation conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism regarding this event in the future.

The flight crew was not injured.
