NCA’s fuel surcharge for international air cargo departing from Japan will be applied from 1st February, 2026 as follows, based on the average price of the jet fuel for the month in December 2025 at USD 84.90/BBL.

1. Applicable fuel surcharge:

   TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America)

   :JPY 72/Kg

   TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East)

   :JPY 72/Kg

   TC3 long haul (South East Asia)

   :JPY 61/Kg

   TC3 short haul (East Asia)

   :JPY 51/Kg

   *Above surcharge has been approval from JCAB

2. Effective:
   Master Air Waybill issued as from 1st February, 2026
