NCA’s fuel surcharge for international air cargo departing from Japan will be applied from 1st April, 2026 as follows, based on the average price of the jet fuel for the month in February 2026 at USD 88.91/BBL.

1. Applicable fuel surcharge:

   TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America)

   :JPY 79/Kg

   TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East)

   :JPY 79/Kg

   TC3 long haul (South East Asia)

   :JPY 67/Kg

   TC3 short haul (East Asia)

   :JPY 56/Kg

   *Above surcharge has been approval from JCAB

2. Effective:
   Master Air Waybill issued as from 1st April, 2026
