NCA’s fuel surcharges for international air cargo departing from Japan (Effective from 1st May, 2026)

Dear Valued Customers.

NCA’s fuel surcharge for international air cargo departing from Japan will be applied from 1st May, 2026 as follows, based on the average price of the jet fuel in 1st-15th April 2026 at USD 214.01/BBL.

  1. Applicable fuel surcharge:
    TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America)
    :JPY 226/Kg
    TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East)
    :JPY 226/Kg
    TC3 long haul (South East Asia)
    :JPY 133/Kg
    TC3 short haul (East Asia)
    :JPY 105/Kg
    * Above surcharge is subject to approval by JCAB.
    * In response to the government’s subsidy for aircraft fuel procurement which is implemented as a measure to reduce the burden on consumers, we will apply a pricing table with 4-tier reductions, ranging from over 190 USD to under 195 USD.
  2. Effective:
    Master Air Waybill issued as from 1st May, 2026
  3. Other:
