NCA’s fuel surcharges for international air cargo departing from Japan (Effective from 16th Jul, 2026)

Dear Valued Customers.

NCA’s fuel surcharge for international air cargo departing from Japan will be applied
from 16th Jul, 2026 as follows, based on the average price of the jet fuel during 16th-30th Jun 2026 at USD 112.35/BBL.

  1. Applicable fuel surcharge:
    TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America)
    :JPY 107/Kg
    TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East)
    :JPY 107/Kg
    TC3 long haul (South East Asia)
    :JPY 82/Kg
    TC3 short haul (East Asia)
    :JPY 71/Kg
    * Above surcharge is subject to approval by JCAB.
    * In response to the government’s subsidy for aircraft fuel procurement which is implemented as a measure to reduce the burden on consumers, we will apply a pricing table with 1-tier reductions, ranging from over 105 USD to under 110 USD.
  2. Effective:
    Master Air Waybill issued as from 16th Jul, 2026
  3. Other:
