NCA’s fuel surcharge for international air cargo departing from Japan will be applied from 1st Aug, 2026 as follows, based on the average price of the jet fuel during 1st -15th Jul 2026 at USD 125.36/BBL.

1. Applicable fuel surcharge:

   TC1 (mainly North America and Latin America)

   :JPY 128/Kg

   TC2 (Europe, Africa and Middle East)

   :JPY 128/Kg

   TC3 long haul (South East Asia)

   :JPY 91/Kg

   TC3 short haul (East Asia)

   :JPY 77/Kg

   * Above surcharge is subject to approval by JCAB.

   * In response to the government’s subsidy for aircraft fuel procurement which is implemented as a measure to reduce the burden on consumers, we will apply a pricing table with 1-tier reductions, ranging from over 120 USD to under 125 USD.

   Master Air Waybill issued as from 1st Aug, 2026
