   China domestic destination cargo beyond PVG

3. Document to submit

   Please fill out attached「Application for HS classification of Goods」with required information below and submit with MAWB.

   • (1) HAWB number
   • (2) description of goods
   • (3) number of piece, weight
   • (4) HS code

   In case the document is not submitted appropriately, the cargo may not be loaded on booked flight and may cause delivery delay to final destination in China.
