Please be advised that China Customs has informed so as to additionally provide follows cargo information related to any inbound shipment into China.

We sincerely request all of you to follow this change and provide such additional information accordingly.

1. Effective date：June 1st, 2018 (From the 1st flight arrive at PVG/HKG on that day.)
2. Applicable cargo：Any inbound shipment into China
   (Note) In case of the shipment bound for HKG will be exempt, but the shipment forwarded into China by Road Feeder Service via HKG must be applicable.
3. Code (Shipper Code, Consignee Code, Notify Party Code)
   
   1. Other than Chinese nationality,
      Enterprise Code is required to put in front of each codes.
      (The Enterprise Code is the identification code specified by China Customs for each country.)
      Please refer to attached “Enterprise code list”.
      
      1. Japanese registered companies, Enterprise Code is “CIK” or “LEI”.
         (Ex : LEI 45671173123456789073)
      2. None of code in “Enterprise code list”.
         Enter the company corporate registration number after 9999.
         (Ex : 9999123456711731 *Excluding space and hyphens)
   2. For Chinese nationality,
      USCI Code or OC code is required in front of each codes.

      1. Shipper Code：Add in Accounting information column, following “SHP ID”
      2. Consignee Code：Add in Accounting information column, following “CNE ID”
      3. Shipper TEL No：Add in Shipper's Name and Address column, following “TEL”
      4. Consignee TEL No：Add in Consignee's Name and Address column, following “TEL”
      5. Notify Party information : Add company name and phone number in the Accounting information column.

      

   2. House manifest
      
      1. Shipper / Consignee Code：Add each code on house manifest
      2. Shipper/ Consignee TEL NO：Add TEL NO following “TEL”.
      3. Notify Party : Add Company name and TEL NO following “TEL”.

      

7. Non data provision in advance.
   If you don't submit any cargo information in timely manner, it might be possible to deny to accept or offload your shipment.
8. Confidentiality
   We will not use the contents of cargo information submitted by customers except for transportation purposes. Also, unless instructed by the authorities, we do not disclose it to outside including the authorities.
9. Liability
   If penalties (penalty, refusal of cargo removal, landing disapproval etc) are imposed by us authorities including China Customs to us, after confirming the cause, if the customer is found to be negligent, transportation We may ask for damages based on the clause(Conditions of carriage) and the provisions of the Civil Code.
