Additional request from China Customs (Re:Advance Electronic Cargo data Presentation) (Add 2 more information and data elements for consignee information)
Since we have announced “Additional request from China Customs” on 28May2018, China Customs says 2 more information and data elements for Consignee is needed to process China Customs clearance system.
We sincerely request all of you to follow this more change and provide such additional information accordingly.
1. Effective date：June 1st, 2018 (From the 1st flight arrive at PVG/HKG on that day.)
2. Applicable cargo：Any inbound shipment into China
(Note) In case of the shipment bound for HKG will be exempt, but the shipment forwarded into China by Road Feeder Service via HKG must be applicable.
3. 2 more information and data elements for Consignee (for both MAWB and HAWB).
(1) Consignee Contact Person Name
(2) Consignee Contact phone number
(Insert into “OCI” field on both FWB and FHL.)
