In further response to security threats in Europe, the Import Control System 2 (ICS2) program was supposed to be introduced effective from March 1st, 2023, but, please be informed that the effective date will be extended as follows. As part of the ICS2 program, Air carriers must submit an air cargo data electronically to EU Customs prior to loading the cargo onto the aircraft destined to or transiting through the EU member states. Please find attached information be summited to us in a timely manner to respond to this program once effected. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1.　Effective date：To be announced
*The effective date for ICS2 is on Mar 1st. However, still we are currently working on the System introduction and the deployment period is applied from Mar 1st to Jun 30th, 2023. Therefore, there will not be any impact on transportation after Mar 1st, 2023. Once our system is set-up, the effective date will be announced.

2.　Applicable cargo：Any cargo destined to or transiting through the EU member states + Switzerland,
Norway and Northern Ireland. (Excepted UK)
