We wish to inform you of an important update regarding the requirements to provide accurate cargo descriptions under ACAS (Air Cargo Advance Screening) and ICS2 (Import Control System 2), in order to comply with the latest regulatory requirements.

We respectfully request your kind cooperation in reviewing the updated requirements and ensuring that all relevant departments and staff within your organization are informed, so that accurate cargo descriptions can be consistently provided.

1. Cancellation date:
   Immediately
2. Applicable Cargo:
   ・Cargo subject to ACAS filing (all shipments destined for or transiting through the US)
   ・Cargo subject to ICS2 filing (all shipments destined for or transiting through the EU)
3. In case of failure to submit acceptable description
   If you do not submit acceptable description, there is a high possibility that your cargo would be offload from your booked flight.
4. Confidentiality
   The contents of cargo information submitted by customers will only be used transportation　purposes. We will not disclose the information to third parties without your permission.
5. Liability
   We might charge to you for penalties and fines imposed on us by the authorities in case of customer's negligence.
