Regarding the subject matter, please be informed that there have been cases where the cargo descriptions provided by customers at the origin do not meet the requirements set by the Chinese authorities. This has resulted in situations where cargo cannot be smoothly cleared or collected at the destination, and in some instances, penalties or fines might be imposed.
To ensure accurate cargo information, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing detailed cargo descriptions.

3. Request (Providing Detailed cargo description):
   For declaration to Chinese Customs, please provide specific and detailed cargo descriptions. In particular, avoid using vague terms listed as “Non Acceptable” in GACC Announcement No. 2019-144, Annex 16 (e.g., parts, samples, accessories).

4. In case of failure to submit acceptable description:
   Please note in advance that failure to submit correct information may delay customs clearance and delivery at the destination and may result in fines.
5. Liability
   We might charge to you for penalties and fines imposed on us by the authorities in case of customer's negligence.
