In accordance with additional instructions from European customs authorities, new stop words have been introduced for Goods Description declarations under the EU customs system (ICS2: Import Control System 2). Please be advised that declarations containing such words may be rejected.
We kindly request that you inform all relevant departments and personnel within your organization and ensure that the Goods Description provided to us avoids stop words and accurately reflects the contents of the shipment.

All shipments destined for or transiting through the EU

3. In case of failure to submit acceptable description:

Failure to provide accurate information may lead to actions by customs authorities, including refusal of carriage under ICS pre-loading declarations and the imposition of fines.

4. Confidentiality:

The contents of cargo information submitted by customers will only be used transportation　purposes. We will not disclose the information to third parties without your permission.

5. Liability:

We might charge to you for penalties and fines imposed on us by the authorities in case of customer's negligence.
