First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for your patronage and immense support for NCA.
It has been 25 years since we started services to the United States in 1985. Thanks to the support of our customers, we now own a fleet of 10 Boeing 747-400 Freighter to conduct our air cargo business. These aircraft are all new and not one of them is more than five years old. This equipment enabled us to operate many extra and charter flights around the world in the 2009 business year, in addition to our scheduled services. As we enter FY2010, we are striving to further enhance our services and improve the quality of our air cargo transport. In 2011, our state-of-the-art Boeing 747-8 Freighter will be delivered and NCA will continue to grow as the country’s only international air cargo company.
NCA upholds safe operations as its most important corporate philosophy and the management works as a team to raise employees’ awareness of safety. We will continue to promote our business based on safety, environmental conservation and compliance, while at the same time we will uphold our corporate motto of “sincerity, creativity and enthusiasm.”
It will take time to completely recover from the economic crisis that struck two years ago, but the signs of recovery are visible and the management and employees are working together to do their utmost to live up to your expectations. We look forward to your continued support and patronage.
