(A) Successive Carriers

Carriage to be performed under one air waybill by several successive carriers is regarded as a single operation.

(B) Convention

Carriage, performed by NCA shall be subject to the rule and limitations relating to liability established by the Convention as applicable to the Carriage unless such Carriage is International Carriage to which the Convention does not apply, whether or not there be a break in the carriage or a transshipment.

(C) Applicable Laws and Regulations

To the extent not in conflict with the provisions of Paragraph (B) above, all carriage and other services incidental thereto performed by NCA are subject to:

a) applicable laws, (including national laws implementing the Convention or extending the rules of the Convention or extending the rules of the Convention to carriage which is not "international carriage" as defined in the Convention), government regulations, orders and requirements; and
b) these Conditions of Carriage and NCA's Regulations which may be inspected at any of its downtown offices and its offices in any airports from which it operates regular services.

(D) Agreed Stopping Place

For the purpose of the Convention, the agreed stopping places (which may be altered by NCA in case of necessity) are those places, except the place of departure and the place of destination, set forth in the air waybill or ticket, or shown in carrier's timetable as scheduled stopping places on the route.
