Conditions of Carriage
22. OVERRIDING LAWInsofar as any provision contained or referred to in the air waybill or in these Conditions of Carriage or NCA's Regulations may be contrary to mandatory law, government regulations, orders or requirements, such provision shall remain applicable to the extent that it is not overridden thereby. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect any other part.
No agent, servant or representative of NCA has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of the contract of carriage or of these Conditions of Carriage or NCA's Regulations.
