Side Cargo Door opens and handling staff manipulates the Loader to carefully unload ULDs so as not to damage cargo or fuselage. |
DISMANTLING ULDS
 |
Unloaded ULDs are immediately transported to a warehouse and break-down. Cargo is checked against relevant documents. When the entire process is completed, cargo is stored safely in a warehouse until it is collected by a customer. |
COLLECTION OF CARGO BY CUSTOMERS

NCA staffs inform customers prior to the arrival of cargo. Cargo is picked up after its condition confirmed. |
