Charge Collect Shipment can not be accepted.
Dangerous goods can not be accepted. (except for Dry Ice)
AWB Please use normal AWB (933- Air Waybill)
Please fill in Accounting Information column with "PRIO PHARMA - TCC" or "PRIO TEMP".
Please fill in Consingnee's Name and Address column with "the telephone number and FAX number of consignee "・" name of person in charge".
Please fill in Handling Information columns with handling temperature and 24-hour available contact (Person in-charge and Telephone number including the country code) for emergencies.
In addition to general label, please attach dedicated label for PRIO PHARMA on the cargo.
LABEL In addition to general label, please attach exclusive for PRIO TEMP or PHARMA on the shipment.
Tariff 300% of the applicable GCR(NCA Carrier Fares) will be applied.
Container Lease Fee will be charged separately.
